Terms and conditions for using this website.
The General Terms of Use (hereinafter: Terms) contain the general contractual conditions between persons visiting the omegabyte.hu website (hereinafter: Website) as users (hereinafter collectively: User), and the website operator (hereinafter: Provider).
By using any service of the Website (e.g. browsing, viewing videos, downloading PDFs, subscribing to newsletters; hereinafter collectively: Service), the User accepts and acknowledges the Terms as binding, thereby creating a Contract between the parties.
The Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with Hungarian law, in particular Act V of 2013 (Civil Code), Act XLVIII of 2008 on basic conditions and certain limitations of economic advertising, and Act CXII of 2011 on the right to informational self-determination and freedom of information.
Contracts concluded electronically through the use of Website services are governed by Act CVIII of 2001 on electronic commerce services and Government Decree 17/1999 (II.5.).
Service contracts do not qualify as written contracts, are not registered, are concluded exclusively in electronic form, are in Hungarian, and do not reference any code of conduct. The conclusion of the contract is evidenced by electronically saved data and data relating to the services used.
The Provider publishes any modifications to the Terms on the Website. The modified Terms become effective from the date of publication. By using any Service after the modification, the User implicitly accepts the changes. If the User does not accept the modified terms, they may terminate the contract by extraordinary termination in writing within 8 days of the modifications taking effect.

All information, images and/or text published at www.omegabyte.hu constitute the Website.
The website operator is Omega Byte Kft., 6050 Lajosmizse, Lehel utca 7 (hereinafter: "Operator"). The Operator determines the Terms and is entitled to unilaterally modify them at any time.
The Terms became effective on the date of publication of the Website.
All visitors to the Website commit to complying with these Terms, including any modifications and supplements thereto.
The Operator is entitled to change and/or supplement the content of information published on the Website, and to interrupt and/or discontinue the provision of information at any time without prior notice.
Omega Byte Kft. retains all property rights, copyrights, and industrial property protection rights with respect to drawings, images, and all other content of the Website. This applies in particular to product presentations, product videos and all other multimedia content.
Any use, distribution, in particular transmission, reproduction, publication, making available, display on social media, including partial copying, requires the express prior written consent of Omega Byte Kft.
Third parties are not entitled to use, interpret and/or publish in any other manner the information found on the Operator's website without authorization.
When using any information from the website (text, image, table format, etc.), the third party is obliged to cite www.omegabyte.hu as the source.
Third parties are not entitled in any way to interfere with the operation of the website, modify it and/or remove any of its components. In the event of a breach of this provision, the Operator is entitled to compensation for damages caused.
The information and services on the www.omegabyte.hu website are for informational purposes only. All information published here is non-binding and does not constitute an offer or recommendation to enter into a contract.
The Operator assumes no liability for: failure to deliver or random alteration of any data sent and received over the internet, operational failures in the internet network, improper functioning of any software, or other possible program errors, extraordinary events, or consequences of technical failures.
